A little bit about myself

Born and raised in Mauritius, I relocated to the UK to pursue my tertiary education, dedicating six transformative years to my academic journey.

Having personally experienced the profound impact of brief and holistic therapies such as hypnotherapy, it was an evidence for me to use these methods to assist others in their life journeys. I followed hypnotherapy trainings in parallel of my psychological studies, both in France and England.

I am passionate about life and its wonders and do my best to live in the present moment with a grateful heart and positive mindset.

I am calm, empathic, and love connecting with people, whatever their background or age. As a Mauritian, I have had the chance to grow up in an extremely diverse and multi-cultural country, which has allowed me to embrace diversity and inclusion since childhood. Helping people get unstuck and see life more positively is my true nature; I resonate and connect with others in a way that makes my heart and soul happy.
